This Utility Bench is a perfect addition to a free weight area, Product is ideal if you are looking for an additional bench that doesn’t take up too much space for your home gym or commercial workout facility.

It is for performing seated exercises such as shoulder presses, triceps pullovers, French curls, concentration curls, wrist curls and more. It works great in a rack for barbell exercises or on its own with dumbbells. It features heavy-gauge steel construction with a durable powder coat finish to help resist scuffing and scratches. Plus, protective foot placement guards for user and spotter offer superior frame paint protection over other models.
