• Adjustable from decline to flat to incline allowing variety in workout and muscles targeted. Eleven adjustment angles from -10︒ to 90︒
• Using oversize and thicker pads, heavy duty main frame. It’s overall very stable and more than strong enough.
• A truly innovative design, the small pad cap when the bench is flat and maintain a minimal gap when the bench is at different angles. So user will have a fantastic feeling when using this bench. You eliminate the problem of your butt or lower back sinking into a gap.
• The seat gets narrows toward the end. This allows you to position your legs off the end of the bench in a narrower, more natural stance. Without the taper, you’d have to spread your legs wider or shift your body further down the bench.
• Using a very wide steel tubing to give the bench pad substantial support.
• A ”tripod-style” bench has a single foot in the front. Since it’s in the midline of the bench, it won’t get in the way, and your feet can go on either side of bench.
