Its adjustable range is from 426-530mm height for people of different heights. It is easy to use pull- pins of the seat and knobs are used in making adjustments. The equipment is also used as a weight bench used when lifting weights necessarily. PHB34 also has a barbell cradle that makes weight lifting easy.
SHB34 Preacher Bench has good stability and can be not easy to be shaky due to its unique structure. It has a wide base up to 859mm that makes it stable while in use. Anti-slip rubber foot cushion can eliminate swaying and leg movements, thus prompting users to focus on developing their biceps effectively.
