FID BENCH

FID05 is a highly versatile flat-incline-decline adjustable bench. It features 5 different back pad adjustments (from 88 degrees to -10 degrees) and different seat pad adjustments (from 11 degrees to -20 degrees). The ladder-style adjustment system makes for quick transitions between workouts. The built-in leg attachment swings out to secure your feet while in a decline position. This FID bench is heavy duty with a weight capacity of 661lbs.

The Adjustable Bench is a multi-position fitness bench. The seat, back pad and the foot roller can be adjusted to fit your workout needs.
With its integrated wheels, you can move the bench anywhere you want !
