Wall Mounted Heavy Bag Boxing Hanger will attach to any standard wall. The holes are lined up to allow you to screw directly to 16-inch, on-center wall studs. There is a convenient pull-pin adjustment that allows the bag to swivel to the side when not in use. This sturdy wall mount lets you keep your heavy bag ready to go in any room in the house.

This heavy bag (up to 100 lbs.) wall mount will attach to any standard wall. Holes align on 16″ center wall studs. Convenient pull pin adjusts the swivel to the side when not in use.
