Product Features

• Adjustable from decline to flat to incline allowing variety in workout and muscles targeted. Eleven adjustment angles from -10︒-90︒
• The seat gets narrows toward the end. This allows you to position your legs off the end of the bench in a narrower, more natural stance. Without the taper, you’d have to spread your lets wider or shift your body further down the bench.
• Using a very wide steel tubing to give the bench pad substantial support.
• A ”tripod-style” bench has a single foot in the front. Since it’s in the midline of the bench, it won’t get in the way, and your feet can go on either side of bench.
• Simple ladder adjust system, easy to adjust the angle with handle.
• Durable and Non-slip footplates on the rear of base frame.
• Has wheels and a lift handle to easily move the bench around your gym
