The stable base will hold a weight capacity of 1,500-pounds and features several back and seat position adjustments to best accommodate your height and exercise preference. Perform bench presses, pullovers, kickbacks, and extensions while lying flat; complete incline presses, rows, and flies within the seven adjustable incline stops, or focus on seated strength workouts like dumbbell curls, shoulder presses, military presses, and more in the upright position.
