The arm pad is 750mm ultra-wide to support both arms comfortably. It is carefully crafted to give users proper arm alignment when developing biceps.

This Preacher Bench’s seat is crafted with adjustable positions in which the users can find a comfortable stance before they start exercising. Its adjustable range is from 426-530mm height for people of different heights. It is easy to use pull- pins of the seat and knobs are used in making adjustments. The equipment is also used as a weight bench used when lifting weights necessarily. PHB34 also has a barbell cradle that makes weight lifting easy.

SHB34 Preacher Bench has good stability and can be not easy to be shaky due to its unique structure. It has a wide base up to 859mm that makes it stable while in use. Anti-slip rubber foot cushion can eliminate swaying and leg movements, thus prompting users to focus on developing their biceps effectively.
