SS20 SISSY SQUAT BENCH

The Sissy Squat Bench is a training device on which you will perform various types of exercises (“sissy” squats, sit-ups, push-ups, torso turns) and all major muscle groups. Thanks to the foot lock, you will properly perform regular and twisted crunches, and Sissy Squat Bench is the most effective leg strengthening machine you could have without using any weights.
